Press the F1 function key.

Use Down arrow key to select the Defrost Commands. Press Enter key to see the Defrost Commands options.
The Defrost Commands will show the following (looking from top to bottom):

Start Defrost

Defrost Delay
-
Defrost Reset

Defrost Info
-
-
Press the Up and Down arrow keys to scroll between the Defrost Command options.

Press the Enter key to select a desired Defrost Commands.
