Serial Number Location

Serial numbers can be found on the component’s nameplate.

  • Electric Motor: Attached to the motor housing.

  • Compressor: On front of the compressor.

  • Unit: On unit frame in power cord storage compartment.

  • Controller: On top of controller.

Component Serial Number Identification

MP-5000 has 5 serial#:

  • Control Box Serial# on back side of Controller door

  • CM = Controller Module end of plastics

  • DM = Display Module backside

  • KM = Keypad Module backside

  • OM = Option Module end of plastics
