Event logging

All logged events must be logged in non-volatile memory and include a time and date, along with the other specific data called out.

The list below is the event to be captured in the unit event log:

• Power on/off event.

• ECU Lamps

• Engine Starts and Stops

• Shutdown Alarms

• Warning Alarms

• Latched / Unlatched Warnings

• Speed Shift events

• Engine P-codes and alarms.

• PTI Test  - Also to log the Pass / Fail
