Receiver Tank/ Water-Cooled Condenser Tank Replacement
Removal

Recover the refrigerant charge from the unit.

Unsolder the liquid inlet and liquid outlet valve line connections.

Loosen the mounting nuts and remove the tank.
Installation
-
Install a new tank in the unit and tighten the mounting bolts.

Solder the inlet line and outlet line connections.
重要 It is strongly recommended that dry nitrogen be used to purge the system during any solder operations (Refer to Using Pressurized Nitrogen). -
Pressurize the refrigeration system and check for leaks (Refer to 制冷系统泄漏测试).

If no leaks are found, recover the refrigerant used for the leak test.

Evacuate the system (Refer to 制冷系统的排放和清洁).

Recharge the unit with R-404A/R-452A (Refer to 为设备注入制冷剂).
-
Recharge the unit with R-134a/R-513A (Refer to 为设备注入制冷剂).
-
Perform a controller pretrip test to verify system operation.
