Introduction
The following procedures involve servicing the refrigeration system. Some of these service procedures are regulated by Federal, and in some cases, by State and Local laws.
Note In the USA,
EPA Section 608 Certification is required to work on refrigeration
systems, using approved equipment and complying with all Federal,
State, and Local laws. In the EU, local F-gas Regulations must be
observed when working on refrigeration systems.
